After starting her career as a communication and partnership manager in Paris, Marion moved to Dubai for 5 years where she worked in business development in the Gulf Region. After moving to Bucharest, she passed certifications in agile methodology in order to be able to integrate the IT sector and reconvert to the tech industry.
She joined SG GSC 6 years ago where she is now Tech Tribe Manager, more specifically specialised in the transition management and nearshoring of IT teams and applications/internal products, serving Societe Generale’s investment banking activities.
