Marcel Molenaar started his role as Head of Marketing Solutions at LinkedIn Benelux in 2012. Together with a team of Account Directors & Customers Success Managers, Marcel advises clients and agencies in the Benelux region on how to best deploy their branding & content strategy and utilize available marketing solutions. Marion Geisler is Certified Coach, Trainer, Facilitator and Mediator, working as an Independent Consultant since 1st of August, 2018.Marion is 59 years old and mother of two student sons and lives near Amsterdam in the Netherlands. She studied French language. Shortly after that, she joined IBM.In IBM she held a variety of jobs both technical and commercial, but her passion for people emerged becoming a People Manager for 7 years, when she specialised in communication and coaching techniques, becoming a fulltime and certified Coach.

Cocky Booij completed her PHD in Ethics (specialization Gender Studies) at VU Amsterdam. After coordinating a national program for girls and women for the Metal and Electrical Industry and leading the Equal Opportunity Unit at CINOP, the national innovation institute of vocational education in trade and industry, she became managing director of VHTO. Over the years Cocky has been involved in and managed several innovative projects in STEM education and she has been a member of various governmental and EU expert groups, advisory panels and committees.

Hinda Haned has been lead data scientist at Ahold Delhaize since 2015, where her activities involve designing and building solutions to answer business questions with data mining and machine learning techniques. In 2018, she was named professor by special appointment at the University of Amsterdam, where she focuses on researching and developing solutions for best practices for safe and responsible machine learning. From 2010 to 2015, she worked as a research statistician at the Netherlands Forensic Institute, during this time, she developed statistical models and open source software to facilitate the interpretation of complex DNA profiles.

Maarten de Rijke is University Professor of Artificial Intelligence and Information Retrieval at the University of Amsterdam and Director of the Information and Language Processing Systems lab. De Rijke’s research strives to build ever more intelligent technology to connect people to information. His team pushes the frontiers of search engines, recommender systems and digital assistants. TALITHA PAPELARD
Director Business Security by Northwave
TTalitha Papelard has been Director Business Security at Northwave since the beginning of 2018, where she is responsible for the Security & Privacy Office as a Services service and manages a team of Business Security Consultants. In this way she helps organizations to a higher level of information security. Before that, she was responsible for KPN’s cyber security services for many years.
Talitha is also a lecturer at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam and a board member of the cyber security center for Amsterdam and the surrounding area.This organization brings education and business closer together in the field of cyber security. In recent years, Talitha has been researching ‘Critical Success Factors for Effective Business Information Security’. In 2018 she will publish her first book on this subject together with Yuri Bobbert.
