The third annual Women in Tech® LATAM Awards, held on August 28, 2024, in Lima, Peru, marked a significant milestone in recognizing female excellence in technology. This prestigious event highlighted the remarkable achievements of women who are driving innovation, breaking barriers, and inspiring the next generation of tech leaders across Latin America.

En palabras de la gran Frida Kahlo, “¿Para qué necesito pies si tengo alas para volar?” Ustedes, mis queridas campeonas del cambio, están dando alas a los sueños en toda América Latina. Están demostrando que cuando las mujeres se elevan, todos nos elevamos.  

(In the words of the great Frida Kahlo, “Why do I need feet if I have wings to fly?” You, my dear champions of change, are giving wings to dreams throughout Latin America. They are showing that when women rise, we all rise.)

Así que, mientras celebran esta noche, mientras honran la excelencia y la innovación, recuerden que son parte de algo más grande. Son parte de un movimiento global que está redefiniendo lo que es posible en la tecnología y más allá.
