Recognized as the ‘Top IT Provider in Peru for 2023’ by Clutch.co, her leadership journey includes pivotal roles in the United States, Argentina, Brazil, Portugal, Panama, and France.
As a founding member, board member, and angel investor for LACBAN (Latin America and Caribbean Trade Association for Business Angels) and an esteemed senator at WBAF (World Business Angels Investment Forum), she contributes to the G20 Global Partnership for Financial Inclusion. Honored as the Regional Director for Women in Tech® in Latin America, her Women in Tech®Peru Chapter received the “Most Impactful Chapter” award at the 2022 Global Summit in France.
Selected as a distinguished member of the inaugural Mission Impact Changemaker in 2022, she is part of a global cohort driving positive change. Engaged in initiatives like ‘Leaders for Gender Equity’ at IPAE, mentoring at UTEC Ventures, and advising at UPC, she actively supports women-led startups.
In her past roles, she served on the National Digital Talent Strategy Committee, consulted for the United Nations LAC Program, and mentored in Digital Technology for Women in STEM Entrepreneurship.
