Lori Rodríguez currently serves as the Chief Digital Advisor for Women in Tech and holds the position Director of the US chapter. She is also a writer and speaker, addressing topics such as digital transformation, customer experience, resilience, the future of work, and women in technology, STEM, and leadership. Lori is the author of the book “We Want You to Stay: The Hidden Lives of Twenty Women in STEM.” Her writing focuses on sharing stories, advice, and tools to encourage more women to pursue, enjoy, and thrive in the science, technology, engineering, and math fields. In her previous role as VP, Strategy, Innovation, and Operations at Gartner Inc., Lori Rodriguez was responsible for building products and services designed to assist C-Suite Technology Leaders in their professional growth. She aimed to help them achieve breakthrough results for their organizations and leverage technology to advance societal progress.
