Stéphane Couleaud is the founder & president of Webmecanik.
Pioneering CRM Marketing in 1999 by founding OdaïkO to automate the reward-recommendation-sales process, Stéphane has for 25 years been both an expert in software solutions for data marketing and has developed experience in sales processes at different management levels internationally at Oracle or Lucent.

In 2012, he founded Webmecanik in Annecy, which has been providing agencies and businesses with the most flexible open-source marketing automation solution available on the market since 2015. Present internationally in 9 countries including USA, Germany, Switzerland, or Italy, his challenges are now to facilitate the use of pre-configured scenarios by business function (Support, HR, Sales) or business sector (Bank, Tourism, Automotive) by automating the processes of modeling data, scenarios, contained in all-in-one solution.

Stéphane is now working on predictive automation marketing. Artificial intelligence and big data will automate the correct behavior to adopt by analyzing in real time the historical and behavioral data of the customers.
