Membership Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet at least ONE of the following criteria to be considered for Council membership:

Leadership & Impact Achievements

  • Hold or have held a C-suite or equivalent executive position in a technology company with global operations for a minimum of 5 years
  • Serve or have served as a senior government official (Minister/Secretary level or equivalent).
  • Recognized as a transformative leader in their field (arts, science, entertainment, sports, etc.) who has leveraged technology for global impact
  • Founded and scaled a technology company or led major digital transformation initiatives with demonstrated international reach
  • Lead groundbreaking research initiatives that bridge technology with other disciplines (arts, humanities, sciences)
  • Distinguished record as a Tech Diplomat or cross-cultural leader fostering international collaboration
  • Renowned creator, artist, or innovator whose work has significantly influenced digital culture or technological advancement
  • Served as a Board member, Advisory member, or non-executive member of major global corporations, technology companies, or influential international organizations
  • Recognized thought leader whose influence spans multiple sectors and shapes technological discourse
