Amleto Montinari was Vice President of Strategy for JP Morgan Commerce Solutions, Europe. He became part of JP Morgan Commerce Solutions in 2007 and was responsible for strategic projects, including international expansion. Before joining JP Morgan, he held various roles within PayPal, with responsibilities for many European markets, including Italy, France, and the United Kingdom. Amleto then left everything to start his own company. Amleto is CEO and co-founder of Fluttr (www.fluttr.in), a startup that, with the use of Machine Learning and gamification, helps tech companies assess all their candidates while removing recruitment bias. At our core is the belief that talent has no race, gender or age.
