US MISSION, VISION AND GOAL
Global Mission
Women in Tech® has a dual mission: bridging the gender gap in technology and empowering women to embrace tech. They concentrate on four key areas, namely education, business, social inclusion, and advocacy, with the goal of educating and empowering women and girls in STEM careers.
USA Mission
Women in Tech@USA’s dual mission is to create vibrant local communities of support, education, and belonging that provide women transformational opportunities to connect, learn, grow, lead, build their brand, and give back. We also help organizations acquire, retain, and upskill talent in a socially responsible, accelerated way. Global Goal is to Empower 5 million Women and Girls by 2030
USA Goal is to launch 25+ chapters in local tech hubs across the US and empower 150,000 women and girls by 2025.
