Women in Tech Israel

The Women in Tech Israel Chapter was established in April 2020 as an apolitical organization dedicated to empowering women in STEM. We collaborate with local groups – regardless of gender, age, or culture – to develop sustainable programs that equip women with the skills and confidence needed to thrive in Israel’s tech industry.
Our mission is to help Israeli women in tech break the glass ceiling by expanding their professional networks, learning from the experiences of successful women, and overcoming barriers such as language challenges and imposter syndrome.
