Over her 14-year tenure at Colliers International, Ilinca demonstrated a remarkable spirit of innovation and versatility, contributing significantly to the growth and sustainability of the company in the Romanian real estate market. Her expertise spans various market segments, including office and residential, and she played a crucial role in major company initiatives and landmark transactions. As an ambassador for Colliers International Romania, Ilinca Paun pioneered a new style of working in 2013, introducing a prototype of the Generation Y Office—a forward-thinking concept in the region. In addition to her role at Colliers, Ilinca is the Founder of Bravva Angels, a community of business angels dedicated to investing in early-stage startups led by female founders and mixed teams.
