Data Scientist at OutSystems
Filipa is a Data Scientist at OutSystems and the scientific coordinator of the Data Science Programme at Rumos. At OutSystems her goal is to help the company becoming more data-driven, providing insights using data and predictive models. Fillipa has a Master Degree’s in Biophysics and Biomedical Engineering and started her career as a data scientist in 2015.
Besides data, she loves dogs, metal music and chocolate.

People Experience Manager at OutSystems
Ana Sanches is currently leading People Experience at OutSystems, within People Team. She and her team are focused in delivering an awesome employee experience by triggering change and driving people’s engagement to achieve the best business results. She considers herself an early adopter, loving everything that’s tech related and picks Behavioral Design, Happiness at Work and Diversity and Inclusion as three exciting topics of her current practice. She started her career in 2007, after finishing her Management degree at Nova SBE. Her spare time is divided between her baby boy and discovering new restaurants, exploring new countries or just going to a music or street art festival.
SÓNIA FERREIRA
Senior Consultant at OutSystems
Sónia being the sci-fi, gadget-loving girl, She knew that Computer Engineering was the way she wanted to go when it came time to choose a degree. Her degree was done at the Polytechnic of Leiria and there, after attending a chance workshop on OutSystems, she knew that Agile and OutSystems was what she wanted to do in the years to come. Since getting her degree, she has worked mostly in OutSystems development, having dabbled also in Quality Assurance (~2years). In the last 2 years, she has been a part of the Demo Team whose main goal is to develop Proofs of Concept.
