The challenging times we live in caused a lot of businesses to jump into working from home unprepared. Not being able to set the team priorities, find ways to stay productive, and adapt to this new normal can cost a lot.

On the other hand, we have companies like GitLab and Theorem that have been working fully remotely even before the pandemic. And Facebook, that declared that they will permanently embrace remote work, even after coronavirus lockdowns ease.

Bringing a lot of insights into how their companies do it, we’ll have Lindsay Kerr, Engineering Manager at GitLab, Kristen Williams, Tech Recruiter at Theorem, and Yuliya Kaleda, Tech Lead at Facebook to share more about their approach to remote working. The panel will be moderated by Katerina Trajchevska, CEO at Adeva, a fully remote network of software engineers.
